The NFL Pro Bowl may not have the allure that it once did, but to the players, and certainly in contract negotiations, the Pro Bowl still means something. As we tumble towards training camp and the start of the season, let’s look at a few Cowboy players who might break through and earn their first Pro Bowls.

Tyler Booker

“Pro Bowler” isn’t typically what people think of when they talk about offensive linemen, but the second-year guard has not only blown away defenders but also fans and NFL pundits as well.

The 2025 first-rounder is entering his sophomore season after making a strong impression in his rookie season. Booker was graded No.16 overall out of 81 graded guards in 2025 and No.7 in run blocking. If Booker can take a step towards improving his pass blocking (his pass blocking grade ranked No. 41 out of 81), we won’t just be talking about Tyler Booker the Pro Bowler; it will be Tyler Booker the All-Pro.

With the way the Cowboys have maintained continuity on the offensive line, Klayton Adams’ ability as offensive play caller, and Booker’s motor and talent, this could very well be the easiest Pro Bowl leap on this team.

Javonte Williams

Williams is another no-brainer on this list. The six-year pro is coming off career highs in nearly every statistical rushing category. 2025 was a season in which Williams rushed for 1,201 yards and scored 11 touchdowns, while averaging 4.8 yards per rush. Needless to say, Williams was an effective weapon in what was an explosive offensive unit in 2025.

His receiving numbers are mundane; he had 137 yards on 35 catches and touchdowns in the passing game, but that’s likely more of a product of a system that has CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ryan Flournoy, and Jake Ferguson in it than the lack of explosion.

If Williams were able to stay consistent with his rushing numbers and boost the receiving numbers, even slightly, Williams would be well on his way to earning his first Pro Bowl nod.

Cobie Durant

The fifth-year pro and first-year Cowboy isn’t on many people’s breakout radar at this point, but as it stands, he is in a great position to win one of the two cornerback spots, granting him a major role in what should be a vastly improved defense.

Durant has had a solid career thus far. He hasn’t missed many games, and his last two years with the Los Angeles Rams saw him become a regular starter on the field. In his four previous years of action, he has racked up seven interceptions and 26 passes defended. On top of those numbers, he only surrenders a 55.1 completion percentage while limiting opposing QBs to a 74.3 passer rating, both solid numbers in the NFL. But what really stands out is his ability to simply stay healthy and get on the field. Durant has avoided major injuries at this juncture of his career, which is already more than most of the corners on Dallas’ defense.

Durant’s ball-presence and ability to simply rack up snaps could translate to Pro Bowl votes, sending the corner to his first-ever Pro Bowl.

Do you think these players will make the Pro Bowl? Who is a candidate for their first Pro Bowl that we haven’t mentioned here? Let us know in the comments.
