Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?

I injured my shoulder last year and ended up missing a game. The injury gave me motivation that I was going to come back better than I was before by working out, studying the playbook, watching film and rehabbing my injury. I made the conscious decision to improve my game rather than letting the injury hinder my season or success. This allowed me to come back with confidence and in a better position to succeed prior to my injury.
