The Saints face the Lions in Detroit today to open the 2026 NFL season. We’ve all waited a very long time for this game and this season to get underway, and at long last the time is finally upon us. This will hopefully be a season where the Saints climb back to the top of the NFC South, and there’s no better time to start the season than here and now!
