Olympic medalists Esquiva Falcão and Hebert Conceição face off in an all-Brazil boxing match on the undercard of Spaten Battle Night time on June 15, the corporate introduced Friday.
SFN is headlined by a five-round exhibition boxing match between previous UFC rivals Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Falcão vs. Conceição will likely be an official 10-round bout contested at 74kg (163 kilos).
Conceição gained 5 professional bouts since capturing gold on the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, knocking out three of these opponents. Conceição trains in Salvador with Silva’s boxing coach Luis Dorea.
Falcão gained silver on the 2012 Olympics in London and has since gained 30 of 31 skilled matches with 20 knockouts to his credit score, dropping solely to Vincenzo Gualtieri for the vacant IBF middleweight title in July 2023.
The four-fight Spaten Battle Night time card is now full. The promotion has but to announce the bout order.
