UFC lightweight star King Green was involved in a scary car accident near Hollywood that totaled his Range Rover.
40-year-old UFC vet King Green remains one of the biggest fan favorites on the roster. Green most recently fought at UFC 332, losing to Esteban Ribovics and snapping his four-fight winning streak.
Along with his still-blossoming UFC career, Green has captured a diverse audience on KICK, one of the biggest live streaming platforms. He’s collaborated multiple times with UFC legend Rampage Jackson during various live streams.
However, Green’s Sunday night live stream featured an unscripted moment that could’ve resulted in serious injury or even death.
While streaming in his Range Rover while driving through the Hollywood area, Green was hit by a car attempting to make a left turn at an intersection as he went straight with a green light.

Luckily, it appears neither Green nor his passengers were seriously injured in the accident. As of this writing, the condition of the passengers in the other vehicle remains uncertain.
Green holds a UFC record with 2077 significant strikes during his lightweight career. He’s earned wins over the likes of Grant Dawson, Tony Ferguson, and Al Iaquinta during his UFC tenure.
Green is one of the few former Strikeforce fighters still competing in the UFC. He made his UFC debut at UFC 156, earning a third-round submission against Jacob Volkmann.
Green raised eyebrows recently when he claimed he was homeless, despite owning multiple properties. His claims caught the attention of UFC CEO Dana White in a recent interview.
In the meantime, Green will look to plot his eventual fighting return after escaping serious harm.
