One of the hottest stories this summer in the NBA world is just where Lebron James is going to wind up signing at the conclusion of his offseason search.
With several fans speculating that a return to Cleveland or Miami is imminent, the Golden State Warriors have continued to be a dark horse in the King James sweepstakes.
Adding to the fuel of a potential team-up between LeBron James and Stephen Curry in the Bay Area, a new video on X featuring Warriors coach Steve Kerr has begun to make the rounds, potentially being the final nail in the coffin for James landing in Golden State.

While in traffic, Kerr would be driving with the window down when an unexpected fan began to engage in conversation with the Warriors coach about plans to bring on LeBron.
As the fan pleaded with Kerr, “Aye, we need to get Lebron, man. We need Lebron.”
The Warriors coach eagerly responded to the fans, “Oh, we got him…put that on Twitter.”

While no confirmation has been made, nor has Shams Charania posted breaking news, Kerr’s message to fans has sparked quite the hype in the Bay Area, where fans now believe James is set to be playing next season.
Of course, it is very possible that the 4-time NBA champion coach was simply trolling fans in an attempt to make a quick conversation and a slick getaway.
Still, with James unsigned to any team, and the Golden State rumblings becoming increasingly louder, do not be completely shocked if we do wind up seeing LeBron James in a Warriors uniform next season.
