Pierce Brown’s Professional Profession at a Look

Pierce Brown made a giant transfer following the tip of the 2024 SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) season. The Utah native made his professional debut with the Troy Lee Designs/Pink Bull KTM workforce in June 2019 on the Florida Nationwide, ending twelfth general with 14-10 moto finishes. Brown turned professional full-time in 2020 after which transitioned with the workforce as they turned Troy Lee Designs/Pink Bull/GasGas beginning with the 2021 season.

Aboard a GasGas MC 250F, he scored a handful of podiums and confirmed glimpses right here and there, then finally picked up his first profession win as he claimed the 250SMX general win on the 2025 SMX Remaining in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a cool story as Brown picked up his first professional win in his closing race with the workforce, which ended up being the final race for the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas squad as a whole. The factory GasGas effort is now an in-house team.

For 2025, Brown has signed with the Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing team. Set to debut his #20 Star Racing Yamaha YZ250F in ’25, Brown and the workforce have expectations to be a championship contender. So, can he take the soar? Solely time will inform.
