Former UFC welterweight Nate Diaz has promised an MMA return forward of his boxing match with Jake Paul.
The Stockton slugger has been out of motion since a short-notice conflict with Tony Ferguson final September. Initially slated to face Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 279, ‘Borz’ was pulled after lacking weight. Within the pay-per-view headliner, Nate Diaz as a substitute scored a submission win over ‘El Cucuy’.
Now, the previous title challenger is about for the primary boxing match of his profession. In August, Nate Diaz will face Jake Paul, who’s coming off a split-decision loss to Tommy Fury in February. The 2 will headline a DAZN pay-per-view card from Dallas, with ‘The Drawback Baby’ promising a knockout win.
Nevertheless, Nate Diaz isn’t precisely planning on starting a boxing profession. In a latest interview with Bradley Martyn, the previous title challenger mentioned his boxing debut towards Jake Paul. There, he revealed plans to return to the UFC after the one-off August fight.
In response to Nate Diaz, he left the UFC to indicate Jake Paul what an actual fighter is. Whereas he’s beforehand had points with Dana White and others, he believes issues will probably be completely different after August.

“Yeah, yeah,” Nate Diaz rapidly answered when requested if he’ll struggle within the UFC once more. “I’m going to get this struggle achieved with, after which every thing adjustments. Folks don’t perceive that. All the things adjustments with each struggle… Even out of the UFC, large performances, good performances, motherf*ckers speaking about Jake Paul, Jake Paul comes on the scene begins yelling loopy s*it at individuals. He continued, “So, now I’ve to step the f*ck out to field actual fast and whoop this motherf*cker’s a*s, so everybody is aware of who’s the actual a*s-whooper. You perceive what I’m saying?… This idiot is popping off, and everybody goes ‘We’re actual fighters’ so go show it motherf*cker. Go beat his a*s for speaking s*it… Like, on that large of a stage we’re letting this man discuss s*it about the entire roster?”
