NASCAR introduced Saturday that Legacy Motor Membership suspended driver Noah Gragson indefinitely for violating NASCAR’s member conduct.

NASCAR totally helps Legacy Motor Membership’s resolution to droop Noah Gragson. Following his actions on social media, NASCAR has decided that Gragson has violated the Member Conduct part of the 2023 NASCAR Rule Ebook and has positioned him underneath indefinite suspension.
In line with TMZ Sports, screenshots emerged Saturday displaying Gragson liking an Instagram put up that featured a meme mocking George Floyd, who was a Black man murdered by police officer Derek Chauvin in Minneapolis in 2020.
Though NASCAR did not say so explicitly, it’s believed that liking the put up was the catalyst for the suspension, as Gragson later apologized for his “lack of consideration and actions on social media.”

Legacy Motor Membership introduced that Gragson shall be pulled from the No. 42 Chevrolet for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Sequence FireKeepers On line casino 400 at Michigan Worldwide Speedway.
Josh Berry, who has competed in eight Cup Sequence races this season as a substitute driver for Hendrick Motorsports, will substitute Gragson on Sunday.
Berry is an Xfinity Sequence common who completed fourth within the factors standings of NASCAR’s No. 2 sequence final season, and is fifth up to now this season.
Gragson, 25, is within the midst of his first full-time Cup Sequence season after operating 18 Cup Sequence races final season.
This season, Gragson has competed in 21 Cup Sequence races together with his greatest end being twelfth place at Atlanta in March. He’s thirty third within the factors standings.
Gragson’s best success has come within the Xfinity Sequence the place he has 13 profession wins to his credit score and completed eighth in factors in 2019, fifth in 2020, third in 2021 and second in 2022.
