MLB Gamers Inc. stated Tuesday it signed a non-exclusive product and advertising and marketing licensing settlement for FanDuel Sportsbook together with OneTeam Companions, a union business associate.
MLB Gamers sued FanDuel and Underdog Sports activities in New York Supreme Court docket on Sept. 16, alleging improper use of names, pictures and likenesses.
