The Giants should wait at some point for an opportunity to increase their eight-game successful streak at Coors Discipline.
Thursday’s sequence opener between the Giants and Colorado Rockies is postponed resulting from inclement climate, the workforce introduced. The sport is rescheduled for 11:10 a.m. PT Saturday as the primary sport of a cut up doubleheader. The nightcap will probably be performed as initially scheduled with a 5:10 p.m. PT first pitch.
The Giants, contemporary off a 5-1 homestand, are proper within the thick of the NL wild-card race. Getting into Thursday’s slate of video games, San Francisco is 0.5 video games again of the Arizona Diamondbacks for the third and ultimate wild-card spot. The Giants, Cincinnati Reds and Miami Marlins — all inside one sport of the Diamondbacks — now are all off Thursday and can watch Arizona wrap up a four-game sequence in opposition to the New York Mets.
