Throughout an interview with MMAFighting.com, Brent Primus admitted he took pleasure in seeing Charles Oliveira defeat Michael Chandler a second time.

“Man, he appeared like crap in his final battle,” Primus mentioned about Chandler’s loss when talking to MMA Combating. “I couldn’t consider that. I believe Chandler appeared like crap. His footwork, he was falling in all places. He was throwing his proper hand like he was throwing a baseball. I used to be not impressed together with his efficiency. His callout was sort of cringey.

“I don’t like that man. I believe Chandler, he’s a cheater. I really feel like he’s a grimy fighter. I simply don’t like that man in any respect. Watching Oliveira decide him aside like that it was sort of enjoyable to see for positive. I appreciated it.”

Chandler and Primus fought one another twice below the Bellator banner. Primus received the primary bout by way of physician’s stoppage, however Chandler obtained his revenge within the rematch by way of unanimous determination.
