What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?
I feel like what separates me from the rest of my class is you can line up anyone up in-front of me from a high school kid to Myles Garrett and I have the most upmost confidence that the blocked will be made.
Tell me about a time you have faced adversity and how you responded?
I’ve faced adversity so much picking one seems too hard, but from the difficulties of COVID and the affects it had with my initial college experience, then tearing my acl and feeling like I would never play the same again and then being all conference back to back seasons, or even the changing of offensive line coaches and still be a very technical sounded player on the field and helping other teammates.
What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?
I feel like I can continue to have the same role I had ever since I started playing and that is dominating at a position of the offensive line even if it isn’t the same position I have played at the previous years. Being a leader and a brother to those around me making them better in aspects of football and outside of football.
If you could donate to one cause around the world, what would it be?
I would donate to cancer research in a whole since I have lost family members to that terrible disease and would love to one day find a cure to the different varieties of cancer.
How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?
I feel like over the years my attitude towards coaching has changed for the better instead of thinking of why me I started thinking, okay they are saying this because they care and know I can do better and that really help me realize that the message is always the words being said not the tone. Then those changes happened drastically and it went from ass chewings to praises .
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
I would have to say Gemal Smith
If you could have dinner with 3 people, dead or alive, who would it be?
LeBron, Joe Thomas, and Wilt Chamberlain
If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?
I feel like I would be benched probably because of my attitude towards other players when it comes to trash talking and being vocal when it comes to certain concerns I have.
Walk me through your typical pre-game ritual?
So once I get to the locker room I walk around and go touch and talk to other teammates I feel will have an impact even if they don’t play a lot to spread good energy. Then I walk around the entire field to gauge the atmosphere and feel the energy of the other team. Then I might pop on my headphones or go talk to my gaurd depending on how much time I have left after getting taped. Then I got to go dap up my offensive guys that I will be out on the field with battling beside. Then before I step on the field I stare at the other team and take a deep breathe before I slap myself in the helmet 3 times.
What is your favorite snack food?
Slim Jim’s are undefeated
What scheme do you feel like you fit the best in?
A big zone team that like to go east and west for the run game. I work really well in quick double teams and overtaking lineman or climbing up to backer. But for pass pro I don’t feel like it matter to much because I got to win that matchup no matter what
What is your degree in?
Criminal Justice
What would be the first thing you buy with your first nfl check?
I would honestly probably pay my parents back for things that they have gave me while growing up going through this entire football journey. But then I would prolly buy a nice reliable car
Describe a time where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?
Just last year first play of the game against Frostburg I let up a sack all my fault nobody to blame but myself then for the rest of the game no pressure no hurries and any affect they could have had on the left side was obsolete.
