Because the Minnesota Lynx battle the Connecticut Sun in a bodily WNBA playoff semifinal sequence, one heated encounter reportedly occurred after the ultimate whistle in Sport 1.
The Athletic’s Shams Charania and Ben Pickman reported Friday that Reeve took subject with the best way the Solar celebrated their 73–70 win over the Lynx on Sunday. Per The Athletic, Reeve “ran up” on the Solar gamers as they made their approach to the locker room after the sport, and safety at Goal Heart needed to step in.
Sport 1 went proper right down to the wire, as Lynx star Napheesa Collier missed a three-point try from 24 ft as the ultimate buzzer sounded. Solar ahead Alyssa Thomas bolted down the courtroom and flexed in celebration of her workforce’s Sport 1 win.
